infrastructures<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Projekt Wequal hatte das allgemeine Ziel, eine Webplattform f\u00fcr Planer und Techniker der \u00f6ffentlichen Verwaltung zu schaffen, um Flussgebiete zu \u00fcberwachen und die \u00f6kologischen, wirtschaftlichen und sozialen Auswirkungen von Alternativprojekten f\u00fcr Wasserbauwerke zu bewerten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es wurden innovative \u00dcberwachungstechniken unter Verwendung von Tr\u00e4gern wie mit speziellen Sensoren ausgestatteten UAVs entwickelt und getestet, wobei die gesammelten Daten und die extrahierten Informationen mit \u201eklassischen\u201d manuellen \u00dcberwachungskampagnen \u00fcberpr\u00fcft wurden, um zu verstehen, unter welchen Umst\u00e4nden die manuelle \u00dcberwachung durch eine automatisierte, kosteng\u00fcnstigere und schnellere \u00dcberwachung ersetzt werden kann. Ziel ist es, die Anzahl der \u00dcberwachungskampagnen zu erh\u00f6hen, um die Auswirkungen der Ma\u00dfnahmen in den Jahren nach der Umsetzung zu kontrollieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die verschiedenen Projektalternativen wurden mit Hilfe von Multi-Entscheider- und Multi-Kriterien-Ans\u00e4tzen bewertet. Der speziell entwickelte Multi-Attribut-Index unterst\u00fctzt eine zusammenfassende Bewertung der Auswirkungen unter Ber\u00fccksichtigung hydrologischer, morphologischer und mit der aquatischen und riparischen Biota verbundener Kriterien.
